Shipping Policy
Location
Jewelry You Love will ship to any location within the continental United States and Hawaii.
Carriers
We use only USPS Priority Mail with optional insurance, and USPS Priority Mail Express with included insurance (some restrictions apply).
Order Tracking
A tracking number can be provided via email once your package has shipped.
Shipping Rates
The shipping rate charged for your order is based on current USPS prices according to the item's size, weight, value and shipping location. You will be shown the final shipping cost before finalizing your order.
Turnaround
Orders for in stock items will be shipped by Jewelry You Love within two USPS business days (Monday through Friday, except Holidays). Allow extra time for items requiring creation and/or customization. The time estimate for special orders of any type will be provided on a case by case basis.
Back Orders
If an item goes on back order Jewelry You Love will attempt to contact you with the option to ship that item separately or to have ordered items held to ship together when your complete purchase is ready to ship.
